Roadmap to change: Our three phases ahead.

Hydrogen Lift’s roadmap is structured in three clear phases, from building the foundation and validating the lab prototype, to market testing and partner involvement, and finally full commercial deployment.

ROADMAP

Phase One: Foundation of plattform and validation of method

Raised capital: — 8 MSEK

During Phase One, we focused on establishing the platform for long-term growth. We formed the team and Advisory Board, secured a global patent position, and built a lab prototype in Hudiksvall to test and refine the concept. In parallel, we secured initial investments, run market research together with RISE, and set up a Technical Reference Group (TRG) to strengthen verification and credibility.

Targets achieved to date (Phase 1, 2024–2025)

Several key milestones have already been reached. New co-owners include Monitor, Anders Rosengvist Group, and Råsjö Kross. We have also formed an Advisory Board consisting of Arnfinn Fredriksson, David Blomqvist, Mattias Wärn, Lars Lindahl, and Martina Wettin. In addition, an industry group is forming through Letters of Intent (LOIs), including Skellefteå Kraft, Nitu, Euromekanik, and RISE.

ROADMAP

Phase Two: Partner involvement and scaling the demo (2026/27)

Capital to be raised: 7-10 MSEK

Phase Two is about accelerating development with external involvement and preparing for scale. We plan an additional investment injection (Q1 2026) and develop the lab prototype into a complete demo step, with active customer and partner participation. We apply for relevant funding programmes, identify one or more industrial partners, and continue strengthening our IP through new patents. In this phase, we also define and validate the business model to support a clear go-to-market path.

ROADMAP

Phase Three: Pilot, go-to-market and globalisation (2028/29)

Capital needed depending on pilot size: — TBD MSEK

In Phase Three, we build a pilot plant together with a customer and execute go-to-market activities. An established industrial partner becomes a key enabler for delivery and scale, and we prepare the foundation for international expansion and globalisation.
